What is the problem? If you have a better piece of software I can trade up to let me know. This does not work as advertised. I have been skunked before and if I can't get this piece of software to work I will never purchase anything like this ever again. Frankly I'm getting tired of being a guinea pig for developers who make claims they apparently cannot meet.
