Full song is not fomate change, but half it will gave output

RA files do not covert-only RM + other issues
I cannot convert RA extension files I have, only the RM files. As well the software will only do one RM at a time. The batch mode does not work. I tried using just two files and it still would only convert one!
What is the problem? If you have a better piece of software I can trade up to let me know. This does not work as advertised. I have been skunked before and if I can't get this piece of software to work I will never purchase anything like this ever again. Frankly I'm getting tired of being a guinea pig for developers who make claims they apparently cannot meet.
